Cobre Valley Center for the Arts (referred to as us or we) is a registered non-profit organization of 501(c)3 status in the United States of America.

These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the Website.

These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each donation you make. Unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.

(1) The donation services

Your donation will be used at our discretion within our stated charitable objectives. All payments through the Website are to be made via PayPal. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, WPMU DEV. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize them to request funds from your PayPal card provider.

(2) Information from you

Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, email address and (ii) Paypal Account information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By proceeding with your donation, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of this information for the purpose of donation processing. 

(3) Please be aware that WPMU DEV and PayPal, our payment services providers, may have terms and conditions that differ from ours. By proceeding with a donation, you agree that we will not be held responsible for any issues, disputes, or consequences that may arise related to the policies and practices of WPMU DEV and PayPal. While we strive to ensure a seamless and secure donation process, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of WPMU DEV and PayPal before confirming your donation. Any concerns or discrepancies related to their services should be directed to the respective entities. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of their services.

We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by the United States of America and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of legal system the United States of America.

By continuing to use our donation services after any amendments become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
